ISG are launching our new...

For ALL European Union Countries

1) Distributors and End Users can contact ISG direct at service (click service to email)

2) ISG will arrange to collect the camera direct from the End Users address and despatch it within 7 working days from receipt at ISG direct to the End Users address

3) Unless the camera is still in Warranty period, ISG will issue a repair quotation to the End User within 48 hours after the camera arrives at ISG. The time between issuing the quotation and receiving the authorisation to proceed will be added onto the 7 day allowance for the repair.

4) In the event that the camera cannot be repaired within 7 working days*, excluding the time waiting for authorisation, ISG, at its sole discretion will either

a) Make a loan camera available from the 8th working day (excluding time waiting for authorisation)

OR

b) Carry out the repair free of charge
